Purchasing new speakers or subwoofers is a big decision that can impact your listening experience for years to come. It's natural to have questions.

Will it fit your existing system? How to connect and configure? What to buy? Perhaps you are confused about specs or worried about your room acoustics? Or wonder what happens when you place an order?

 How we can help before you purchase

We offer this to anyone, if you buy from us or not. All you have to do is ask! We will happily:

• Discuss and assess compatibility with your current system
• Discuss and provide tips about your room and acoustics
• Answer any questions or concerns related to our speaker systems

 How we can help after you purchase

In addition to the steps in the previous section, for anyone purchasing a Sigberg Audio speaker system we will:

• Guide you through the optimal setup of your new system
• Help you perform and evaluate measurements of your setup (not required for great sound, but for those who want to really nerd it out)
• Answer any and all questions for the lifetime of the system!

What happens when you order?

All Sigberg Audio products are built to order. When we receive payment, your order is placed in the order queue, and you will receive an estimated shipping date. Normal lead time is also listed on each product page. Depending on your country, add up to a week of actual shipping time.

When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Your product will be sent with one of the major shipping companies and delivered to your door.

The price you have paid covers both shipping and the entire import process, so you will not be charged any additional fee. Not from us, and not from the shipping company.
