Try at home: 60 day trial period
Happy and satisfied customers are important to us. We allow returns within 60 days to ensure you can properly audition your new system and enjoy a risk free purchase. During this period we will actively help you set up the system and get the most out of it.
The trial period only applies to private consumers, not companies or studios. It does not apply to discounted (B-stock / Outlet) and/or discontinued products.
Keep the original packaging, as you will need it if you are going to return your product. You will also need to include all accessories, and a product that is in the same condition as when you received it. When the product is returned, your purchase will be refunded.
Please note that your refund may be reduced or rejected if the product is damaged or incomplete. If you are unsure if you are going to keep the product, be extra careful to avoid scratches and other damage.
Return shipping will be deducted from the refund. For Norwegian customers, return shipping will never exceed 2000 NOK. For international customers, return shipping will never exceed 500 USD/EUR.

Shipping & Handling / All inclusive pricing
International:
Prices include VAT / Sales Tax, any additional import fees and shipping. No hidden or additional fees.
Domestic (Norway):
Prices include VAT and shipping.
In summary: The price you see on the website covers both shipping and the entire import process, so you will not be charged any additional fee. Not from us, and not from the shipping company.
Your order is delivered by an international express service, normally FedEx or DHL.
What happens when I place an order? How long will it take?
All Sigberg Audio products are built to order. When we receive payment, your order is placed in the order queue, and you will receive an estimated shipping date. Normal lead time is also listed on each product page. Depending on your country, add up to a week of actual shipping time.
When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Your product will be sent with one of the major shipping companies and delivered to your door.
What kind of support can I expect after receiving my product?
We will offer to guide you through the optimal placement, setup and tuning of your new system.
We will also help you perform and evaluate measurements of your setup (not required for great sound, but for those who want to really nerd it out)
We will also happily answer any and all questions for the lifetime of the system!
5 Year Warranty & Service. Lifetime support
Sigberg Audio offer a limited 5 year warranty on all our products. If you experience any problem at all, please contact us - and we'll sort it out! Our subwoofers and loudspeakers are built to last, but in the rare case of a problem, all components can be replaced and/or serviced. Finally, customer support is free for the life of the product (even for second hand owners). In short: Whatever, Whenever, We've got you covered!
Age of product must be verified by providing the serial number of the product and/or receipt of purchase.
If you disassemble or modify your Sigberg Audio product, the warranty will be voided. If the password protection on our amplifier modules are bypassed, the warranty on the drivers will be voided.
Where is Sigberg Audio from, and where are the products built?
Sigberg Audio is a Norwegian company. All our products are designed, developed, tested and assembled in Norway.
We strive to keep the majority of our suppliers within Europe. We source parts from Norway, The Netherlands, Denmark, Estonia, Italy and China.
