Covering your travel

We know many wants to hear our speaker systems before buying them. That usually means a trip. If you audition at any of our dealers, reference studios or ambassadors and go on to buy, we pay for the trip.

What we cover

Documented travel costs, up to €1000 ($1000) total, for you and one travel companion. That means flights, train tickets, fuel, tolls, taxi or car rental. Send us the receipts and we'll cover it.

The amount is deducted from your invoice when you order. It is not a cash payment and it does not replace or combine with any other discount.

What we do not cover

Hotels and meals. Anything you cannot document.

How it works

1. Book a listening session with us or with one of our partners. Write to us first so we know you are coming.
2. Come and listen. Take as long as you need.
3. If you order a complete system within 90 days of the visit, send us your receipts.
4. We deduct the amount from your invoice.

This applies once per household, and to complete speaker systems only. It does not apply to purchase of individual (or multiple) subwoofers.

If you would rather not travel

That is fine, and plenty of people buy without hearing the speakers first. We allow returns within 60 days to ensure you can properly audition your new system and enjoy a risk free purchase. During this period we will actively help you set up the system and get the most out of it.
